Essential Functions & Responsibilities:

• Position requires 100% outdoor work duties and heavy lifting
• Assist crews in loading and unloading plant materials
• Southeast US Plant identification is desired
• Familiar with Florida grades and standards for determining quality of trees and shrubs is desired
• Position requires constant heavy lifting, squatting, and bending
• Team player mindset required

Job Type: Full-time

Bonus Qualities: Applicants able to operate farm equipment and/or bilingual in Spanish are encouraged to apply

Starting Pay: Up to $14.00 per hour, M-F with overtime opportunities
