Josh Carter joined Green Dynamix on March 14, 2017 as a Class A CDL driver on our Fleet Team. From day one, he brought a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a deep respect for what it takes to move plant material safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

As the company grew, Josh grew with it. He was promoted to Lead Driver in 2019, transitioned into the operations office in 2020, and in 2021 stepped into the role of Logistics Operations Manager. In each role, he built a reputation for hands-on leadership, steady decision-making, and the ability to solve problems in fast-moving, real-world conditions.

Today, as Vice President of Operations, Josh oversees Green Dynamix’s day-to-day operational strategy, fleet and logistics performance, delivery execution, and internal coordination across teams. He plays a key role in scaling systems, improving efficiency, and ensuring our service standards remain consistent as the company continues to grow across the Southeast. His leadership helps keep projects moving, timelines protected, and expectations met—especially when plans change and pressure is high.

A native of Jasper, Florida, Josh has been a Class A CDL driver since 2012 and brings real field experience into every operational decision he makes. Outside of work, he enjoys fishing and spending time working on their farm with his wife, Kelsey, their son and daughter, their dogs, and cows. He is also a devoted Florida Gators football fan.
