Operations Manager
Brooke Emery joined Green Dynamix in February 2021 as our Operations Analyst and has continued to grow alongside the company. In January 2026, she was promoted to Operations Manager, reflecting her strong performance, leadership, and impact across day-to-day operations.
She brings a well-rounded background in operations, financial management, and client-facing roles, supporting both internal efficiency and consistent service standards. Brooke holds an Associate of Science in Business Management from Florida Gateway College and a Bachelor of Science in Operations Management and Financial Accounting from the University of Massachusetts.
Her professional experience includes seven years as an Assistant Manager in the medical equipment industry, one year as a Sales Representative with Frito-Lay, and four years as a Bookkeeper for a private airline. This diverse background strengthened her skills in operational coordination, financial accuracy, compliance, and process improvement—experience that translates directly to her work at Green Dynamix.
Brooke has previously held an FNGLA Certified Horticulture Professional credential and has a genuine passion for the green industry and the trends that continue to shape it. She values staying informed on how industry shifts impact operations, sourcing, and customer expectations.
At Green Dynamix, Brooke manages operational systems and cross-team coordination, helping keep projects, logistics, and internal workflows aligned in a fast-paced environment where details matter. She is also a commissioned Notary, supporting internal documentation and business processes.
Known for her reliability, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail, Brooke plays a critical role in maintaining the consistency and professionalism our clients expect from Green Dynamix.
In her free time, Brooke enjoys building and collecting advanced LEGO sets, traveling, watching professional hockey, and is a die-hard New England Patriots fan.
