Toby Irby

Toby Irby joined Green Dynamix in August of 2022 as Yard Supervisor, where he quickly established a strong foundation in inventory control, order staging, and operational accuracy. Through a combination of leadership, industry knowledge, and a results-driven mindset, he advanced into a Sourcing Specialist role before being promoted to Purchasing Manager at the end of 2025.

Today, Toby leads all aspects of sourcing and inventory management for Green Dynamix—overseeing vendor relationships, procurement strategy, and material flow to ensure projects are supplied accurately, efficiently, and on schedule. His background in the wholesale tree market, logistics coordination, and team leadership gives him a practical, field-informed perspective that directly supports the demands of large-scale landscape projects and time-sensitive deliveries.

A Florida native, Toby was born and raised in Branford, FL. Prior to entering the green industry, he spent 24 years with USPS, where he developed a deep appreciation for structure, accountability, and service. He is passionate about helping others grow both personally and professionally, and brings that same mindset into his leadership approach today.

Toby and his wife, Crystal Irby, have five children. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting and fishing, and has a strong passion for powerlifting and strength training—often sharing that knowledge with others.
